Order must be confirmed and paid in full 10 days prior to the requested date for the Event

No changes can be made after 10-day confirmation and payment is made.

No refunds or rain checks will be given after 48 hours prior to the event. No exceptions.

Due to supply shortages that are out of LuluBelle’s control substitutions for items might be made. LuluBelle’s will make every attempt to avoid this and will contact you for substitution options. If you are unavailable to discuss subs they will be made on your behalf.

Portion size is determined by weight when ordering family style meals. These are the guidelines we suggest when creating your order. Servings that go beyond our suggested serving size might result in guests not receiving the proper amount of food.

Chaffing dishes and serving utensils are available for purchase if needed. Please let LuluBelle’s staff know prior to confirming your order.

Delivery:

Delivery is available for certain orders. Delivery has a flat fee of $30. This does NOT include the setup of food. Please let LuluBelle’s staff know if the delivery location is on an access road and what the driveway looks like. If you are a short term rental guest please check with your property manager for these details.  Please make sure there is parking and accessible walkways available to our drivers.

*Delivery is NOT available for cake orders or stand alone pastry orders

Cakes:

When ordering a cake please send 3 inspo photos for the design or look you are requesting. Note that LuluBelle’s pastry chefs DO NOT create the cakes to look identical to your inspo photos. The photos are merely suggestions. Our cake decorators will use their creativity when making your unique cake.

In addition to inspo photos please send four of your favorite cake flavors along with your inquiry. This helps the LuluBelle’s staff to suggest flavors to you. Such as light and fruity or dark and decadent.

Specialty cake toppers are available upon request but please note that if these need to be ordered from an outside source the cake payment will be due at the time of order not the standard 10 day rule as stated above.

Pastry orders:

If you are requesting a private order of pastry please note that they are not sold individually. Pastry comes in increments of 6 or 12.

*Pastry orders are NOT available for delivery unless they are accompanying a larger meal order.
